How does billing work?
You'll be billed annually on the date you subscribe. You can cancel anytime and won't be charged for the next year.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
What happens if I exceed my class limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. Your existing classes will continue to work, but you won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full.
How many teachers can use the license?
There's no limit on the number of teachers. Your plan is based on the number of classes, not teachers. Multiple teachers can share classes or have their own.
Do you offer monthly billing?
