Account Deletion

🗑️ Delete Your SpellTales Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page will help you delete your account or individual stories from SpellTales.

⚠️

Important: Deletion is Permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. All your stories, profiles, spelling words, and subscription data will be permanently removed from our servers.

📱 Delete Your Account From Within the App

Recommended: The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the SpellTales app.

    Open SpellTales on your device (iPhone, iPad, or web browser)
  2. 2
    Go to Settings by tapping the menu icon (☰) in the top corner
  3. 3
    Select "Account Settings" from the menu
  4. 4
    Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen
  5. 5
    Confirm deletion when prompted - this will immediately remove all your data

🗂️ Delete Individual Stories

If you only want to delete specific stories (not your entire account):

    Open SpellTales and log into your account
  2. 2
    Go to "Saved Stories" from the main menu
  3. 3
    Swipe left on any story you want to delete
  4. 4
    Tap "Delete" to confirm removal of that story

📧 Request Account Deletion

If you're unable to delete your account through the app, please fill out the form below and we'll process your deletion request within 48 hours.

❓ What Gets Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your account and login credentials - You won't be able to log in anymore
✓
All saved stories and profiles - Every story you've created and saved
✓
Your spelling word lists - All custom words you've added
✓
Subscription and payment information - Billing history and active subscriptions
✓
All personal data and preferences - Settings, age ratings, and customizations
